From Zero to ₹10 Cr: The NCL Computer Journey

People often ask me how NCL Computer grew. The honest answer is: slowly at first, and then with a lot of consistency.

2015: Starting from zero

In 2015 I started NCL Computer Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. in Ranchi, Jharkhand. There was no big funding and no shortcut. The plan was simple: sell genuine computer products, give honest advice, and support customers properly after the sale.

Trust before scale

In a city like Ranchi, a business grows on word of mouth. One happy customer brings a friend, and one unhappy customer can cost you ten. So we focused on service and quality before anything else. Over the years that trust added up to more than 1 lakh customers and a 4.9★ Google rating from 2,600+ reviews.

2019: Going online

In 2019 I started creating content. At first it was just explaining technology in simple words. Slowly it became a community, and today it is a 1M+ family across social media. Content changed the business. Customers started coming to us already trusting us, because they had watched us explain things honestly for months.

Building the team

No business grows beyond its people. Today NCL Computer has a 15+ member team handling sales, custom PC builds, service and support. We are also an AMD Authorized System Integrator, something I am very proud of.

Where we are today

  • ₹0 to ₹10 Cr revenue
  • ₹50 Cr+ valuation
  • 15+ team members
  • 1M+ social media family

What I learned

The numbers look good on a slide, but the real lesson is consistency. Show up every day, keep your word with customers, share what you know, and keep improving the system. That is all it took, and it still takes that every day.
